This instrument measures total elemental concentrations of most metals, including Na, K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Ni, etc., as well as S and P. The system is equipped with an autosampler for high throughput. A MARS 5 reaction system is available for microwave-assisted acid digestions of soil and plant samples.
Analyses supported: B, Na, Mg, P, S, Al, Si, K, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Pb, and most other metals.
Samples accepted: Water samples, aqueous extracts, acid digests. Please note that this lab does not analyze samples containing hydrofluoric acid (HF).
Typical concentration range: 0.002 – 200 ppm. Please inquire with the lab for detection limits specific to your method.
